I need a wheelchair, how do I request it?

You may request this service when buying your ticket or through the section “Manage your flight” at least 48 hours before your flight departure, so that it is included in your reservation. This service is free of charge. 

 

This assistance is provided to passengers who: 

  • Can go up and down stairs but need a wheelchair to move around.

  • Cannot go up and down stairs and need a wheelchair to move around.

  • Have partial or full mobility and need a wheelchair to move around.

  • Have their own dry battery or manual wheelchair.

  • Have their lower limbs immobilized and need a wheelchair to move around.

 This service includes:

  • Accompanying them to their seats at boarding.

  • Providing them with assistance after landing, including taking their baggage.

 

They should arrive at the airport 2 hours in advance for domestic flights.
