My baggage did not arrive at the airport. What should I do?

If your baggage does not arrive at your destination:

  • You should approach a Flybondi agent upon arrival to report it.
  • You should validate your claim showing your ID, boarding pass or baggage check, and a Baggage Irregularity Report (BIR) will be issued.
  • The Lost Luggage area will search for your baggage and will send it to the address you provide.
